We receive the car, photograph the damage, and explain what the repair includes before it starts. A general paint warranty is not advertised unless a written policy is approved.

- Where the impact is, and what it did to the visible panels
- Alignment of the affected parts, as far as the inspection shows
- Condition of the surrounding paint and visible corrosion
- What must be removed or masked before paint

Reception
The request is logged with photos of the car as it arrived.

The body and paint scope is set in the workshop.

The result is reviewed with the owner before the car leaves.
Common questions
Are phone photos enough?
They help us arrange the visit. The decision is made after the car is inspected in the workshop.
Is there a written paint warranty?
We do not advertise a blanket warranty. Any commitment is put in writing after a workshop policy is approved.
Do you repair every kind of damage?
That is decided after we see the car. Some cases need a separate estimate.
